Can I see the request before spending credits?
Yes. You can browse all open requests and see the job summary, category, and location before deciding to unlock a lead. Credits are only spent when you choose to reveal contact details and send a quotation.
What is the Verified Pro badge?
The Verified badge shows customers that our team has reviewed your credentials and confirmed your identity. Verified pros are hired significantly more often than unverified ones. You can apply for verification from your dashboard.
Are there any monthly fees?
No monthly subscription or ongoing fees. You only pay for the leads you choose to pursue. Buy credits in whatever quantity suits you.
How do reviews work?
After completing a job, your customer can leave a verified review on your public profile. You can respond publicly to any review. Consistent positive reviews significantly improve your chances of winning future leads.
